Hamilton House is located at the Cottages of Windermere. This is a small cluster of cottages facing the ocean with a shared pool in a courtyard setting. Hamilton House is the largest of these stand alone cottages and is at the very center of the grouping. The view from the patios is unblocked all the way to the ocean.

The cottage has four bedrooms and 3 baths. There are private patios off three of the bedrooms. The large living and dining area are spacious for family gathering and meals.

Windermere is a secure gated island community and enjoys one of the world’s best beaches. Snorkeling, bone fishing and just relaxing strolls along the beach are but a few feet away. Staying at Hamilton House also affords you club privileges at Windermere.
